Braeside East HOA
The Braeside Park HOA provides exterior maintenance and upkeep including lawn maintenance, bush and tree trimming, snow removal, deck maintenance, siding and roof repairs. The procedure for work to be done is as follows:

The work order will be presented to the board for approval. If you cannot download the work order form, call Area Real Estate 816-650-6718 and they will provide one for you.
